Le 19 novembre dernier, c'était la 5e fois que nous utilisions Punta Cana Tours pour notre transfert de l'aéroport jusqu'à notre Resort. Comme les fois précédentes, tout a été parfait. La personne nous attendait à la sortie de l'aéroport avec une pancarte à notre nom, et aussitôt, nous allions à son véhicule. Le temps d'embarquer les valises et c'était le départ. Le véhicule était une mini-van, très propre, avec la climatisation fonctionnelle. À notre prochaine visite à Punta Cana, c'est certain que nous allons encore retenir vos services. We had a pickup time of 1:45pm, we arrive in lobby at 1:47 only to be told the driver called out our name and we didn’t come so he left!!!! Amazing he couldn’t wait more than 2 minutes...not worth $40! Fortunately the attendant was able to call the number on my voucher since it was now only 1:50 they sent another bus for the 2 of us. Thankfully we made our flight! It is too bad our because our drop off from airport was a great private drive!
