  • We booked a round trip before traveling to Punta Cana to lessen our burden once arriving, best decision to make. The airport can be overwhelming when arriving in PC, our driving met us our front with a sign, helped us get to his van, and off we went. We were at our hotel and by the pool before we knew it! On the return trip there was some confusion, my voucher had our pick up as 1:35pm however, the driver arrived at 10:30am. After explaining to him that we were still packing and didn't want to sit at the airport for 6 hours (they pick you up 3 hours before flight, much needed) he agreed to come back at 1:30pm after checking with his boss. At 1:30 he was back and full of smiles to take us back to the airport. They went above and beyond to make our transportation very satisfactory, thank you again!
