Pickup was a little weird and unsettling. There are a lot of people approaching you and we did not see our names on anyone’s signs. A man asked us who we were with and then apparently texted our driver. He came and got us but then we had to walk down the exit road to the parking lot. We were the only ones doing that and felt it was odd. Van was very clean and cool. On the return, they were at our resort for pickup a few minutes early. Van was clean and cool. When we got out at the airport, I left my phone on the van. Realized it about 5 minutes later. My husband called the company and thankfully they answered and called the driver and he turned around and came back with my phone. I was incredibly thankful for this and realize that it was the best case scenario and could have ended much differently. So for that reason alone, I give 5 stars and would highly recommend.

Flying into PUJ is chaos and having somebody standing there with your name on a sign changes the whole mood. We were through the doors and in the van inside five minutes. Drive out to Bahia Principe was comfortable, AC working hard, driver pointed out a few things along the way. Coming back he was early. Would book the same thing again next year.

Punta Cana Tours was reliable and got us to our resort without any issues. The driver was friendly and knew the area well, pointing out some local spots along the way. The van was clean and air-conditioned, which was much appreciated in the heat. My only complaint is that we had to wait about 15 minutes past our scheduled pickup time at the airport, and the return trip felt a bit rushed. Overall, it was a decent experience and good value for the price. I'd book with them again, though I might call ahead next time to confirm timing
