This policy covers Punta Cana Tours, doing business as PUJ Transportation, and this website.

What you tell us. When you book or contact us we collect what you give us — your name, email address, phone number, where you are staying, your flight details and travel dates, and anything you write in a message.

Card details, which we never hold. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If you reserve for $0 today, your card is checked when you book and then held securely by Stripe until the charge is taken 3 days before you travel — it is stored there, not by us.

What the site records by itself. When you send us a message through this website we record the IP address and browser it came from. That is used to block automated spam, and nothing else.

Only to confirm and deliver your transfer, to reach you about your booking, and to answer your questions. That is it.

Only what is needed to get you where you are going: the driver assigned to your transfer receives your name, pickup point and flight details, and our payment provider receives what it needs to take a payment.

We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

This site sets one cookie: a session cookie that keeps forms working and lets us reject automated submissions. It expires when you close your browser.

There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers on this site. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the contact form will stop working if you do.

Some pages show a map or a hotel search box. Those are provided by Google Maps and OpenStreetMap, and your browser contacts them directly — which means they can see your IP address and that you loaded the page. Their own privacy policies govern what they do with that. Hotel photography is served from our own image host.

The payment page additionally loads Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details are entered into a form hosted by Stripe and go straight to them — they never pass through this website. Stripe's privacy policy governs what they do with them.

We keep booking and message records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet our accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete yours sooner — see below.

Bookings are made by adults aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children travelling in your party are, of course, welcome; we only need to know how many of you there are.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, and the date above tells you when it last changed.
