Pickup was a little weird and unsettling. There are a lot of people approaching you and we did not see our names on anyone’s signs. A man asked us who we were with and then apparently texted our driver. He came and got us but then we had to walk down the exit road to the parking lot. We were the only ones doing that and felt it was odd. Van was very clean and cool. On the return, they were at our resort for pickup a few minutes early. Van was clean and cool. When we got out at the airport, I left my phone on the van. Realized it about 5 minutes later. My husband called the company and thankfully they answered and called the driver and he turned around and came back with my phone. I was incredibly thankful for this and realize that it was the best case scenario and could have ended much differently. So for that reason alone, I give 5 stars and would highly recommend.

Punta Cana Tours is the BEST place to book all your excursions when visiting DR. They offer amazing tours at great prices. My family and I (9 of us) just returned from our trip. We traveled out to Macao Beach (beautiful, highly recommend) and we didn’t have a way back. I contacted Garry because he set up our airport transportation and asked could he possibly send someone to get us. Not only did he get us transportation, he also changed the time at the last min (we didn’t know the beach closed at 6 pm) and had someone there within 10 mins of me calling him. This wasn’t the only time he helped us out and accommodated our changes last min. Garry was amazing to work with and I’m so thankful I had him to call/text when needed. So all this to say BOOK WITH PUNTA CANA TOURS!! You won’t regret it. They are more than just an excursion company, they will become your friends🤍

We had a pickup time of 1:45pm, we arrive in lobby at 1:47 only to be told the driver called out our name and we didn’t come so he left!!!! Amazing he couldn’t wait more than 2 minutes...not worth $40! Fortunately the attendant was able to call the number on my voucher since it was now only 1:50 they sent another bus for the 2 of us. Thankfully we made our flight! It is too bad our because our drop off from airport was a great private drive!
